Sometimes we know what we need – but finding a way to express it in the moment can be difficult if we haven’t had much practice. In this interactive workshop with Arianna Ross, storyteller and teaching artist, we’ll explore how good storytelling can help us make connections with others, express our needs clearly, and advocate for ourselves in everyday life.

Arianna will introduce us to the art of effective storytelling, and guide us through some fun exercises to develop our voices. Whether it’s through speaking, writing, or drawing, we can each try out the tools that feel most comfortable to us. Join us as we reflect individually, or engage with the group to practice shaping and sharing a personal story. All are welcome! Writing and drawing materials will be provided.
